If the E815 was a Verizon phone they block the bluetooth transfer of pictures and other stuff.
You should be able to transfer the pictures to you micro memory card.
If you still can not do that then,
some stores have a transfer machine that can transfer the pictures. I recomend calling some in your area before going because not many have the ability to transfer pictures.
My machine is a UME24 which can transfer phone books. If I had the UME36 I could do pictures.
Once the phone is paired with your computer via Bluetooth. You should be able to "move" the picture from your phone to your computer. Your phone will ask you for the device you want to send to.
The option to "move" is located in the options for the image itself.
Once selected... you'll get a notice on your computer, asking if you will accept.
I'm not the familiar with the device, but does it have USB connection? You can transfer it that way. Or doesn't the phone allow you to transfer files from the phone onto the memory stick?
Jesus... Are most of you even reading the question? She said she has NO service, so she can't e-mail or text. And she didn't ask what she could do with the photos after they're on the computer.
if your phone can text try emailing them to yourself
where you would put the phonenumber put your email address
if the phone has a datacable u can transfer as u r doing in BT...and then u can burn the pics...or if u take it to u r nearest konica or kodak shop they can do that for u ...
