How to get my Razor cell phone connecting to the internet to download ringtones.?

I had A Lg C2000 and took the sims card out and put it it my razor phone. My old phone I had the internet on it and downloaded ringtones and etc. Now I can't download ringtones or anything. Any help would be greatly apreciated.

You get ringtones by going on the Internet and download ringtones from there and to send stuff to the Internet you have to send it to your email address
