I keep getting a call from a phone number on my cell phone but for some reason I never am able to answer at that time. I don't recognize the number and I can't find it on the net unless I pay for it. Any suggestions?

I have some background and experience with this, so I'll tell you what I know.

Have you typed the number (including area code) into Google, i.e. Googled it? That sometimes yields results. There are a few sites dedicated to tracking incoming phone numbers where users share information about what a number is, means, etc.

You might next try the free phone sites. A good choice is superpages.com.

Lastly, there are paid services. While this involves a fee, the information you get is much better. I have some background with findunlistedphones.com. I recommend it.
