How do I send a picture to a verizon cell phone from my computer?

It's not my phone, but I want to send a picture of a car to my friend and I dont have a camera phone. I don't think he can get on the internet from his phone. He does have a camera phone.

If both of you have Bluetooth (your computer and his phone), you can use that to send the picture. His phone has to be within a few feet of your computer, though. I know Macs have that capability.

when it asks 4 ur email addy that u want 2 send it 2 just but in his # area code and all and c if that works! it did 4 me!!!!
