How do I transfer the contacts from my phone to my computer?

I have a Cingular Samsung d807 phone, a Mac Book Pro laptop and a moble phone ready MicroSD / TransFlash 512mb SanDisk. I want to take the contacts from my phone and put them onto my computer. Please advise.

either buy a cable to connect them, or if your phone has bluetooth you can buy a mini bluetooth for your computer that plugs in to the usb from walmart for $20 it works great
