How do i get my phone to show up on my PC using a usb cable?

Well i have a blackjack and im trying to put ringtones onto my phone from my computer. So i have plugged the cable into my computer and my phone and then i click on "My Computer" and my phone doesnt show up i need help.

Did you install the drivers and program from the disc that came with it

If not you will have to get them before your computer will recognize it.

did you install the software that came with your phone? Try opening that program up and see if it starts to work. That's what I had to do for my blackberry but I don't know about the blackjack

go to start bottom left corner then to my computer and it should be there
