What verizon wireless cell has good phone quality?

I get to switch phones soon

Right now I have the samsung alias but I barely get service for calls and texting anywhere in my house

I'm looking for a phone that's great for messaging (has a qwerty keyboard) & has great phone quality

Help!

Other qwerty keyboards would include the env2 and lg voyager which have good reviews. Or a blackberry. As far as service I guess it depends on the area cuz I have the samsung alias and I always have service.
