What's the best phone to get at the most reasonable price?

I'm looking for a new phone but really stuck on what to get. I want a slide phone with mp3, bluetooth, a quality camera, email & video if possible. Can anyone tell me which is the best phone to get?

I have one of the Samsung sliders and it's great. The advantage is most of those Samsungs have been available for about a year, so you can find much better deals on eBay than you would for a phone that was just released.
