Where can i buy a phone in fairly good condition for a reasonable price?

I need one to replace the phone i have now because my plan is not over.

I tried ebay but all the phones ended up being over $100 dollars and i can't afford that.

I would like the phone to have texing and a 2.0 megapixel camera if possible. A used samsung gleam would be ideal.

Please help!

Buying used is tough. They are often abused as well. what you can try is going to some local cell stores in your area. Often times, when people get new phones, they leave there old ones at the store. Now, you can offer them $20 bucks for one. Its 100% profit for the store and you have a phone for a low price. Its worth a try anyway. good luck.
