.. they will probably realise they've made a mistake of giving you 2, they wont be able to handle losing money but they're quick enough to take ours! lol.. In all honesty im not to sure how long, just hold on to it if theyhaven'tt asked for it within a few weeks, i suppose you will get to keep it but saying that, when whoever registers the extra onethat'ss when they will probably realise as they will have took the imei number and realise you have 2 phones of the same make...
Until they work out that you've actually had two phones, not one. Be careful that they don't double your bill too, as that happened to me once, and you can hardly explain that you don't have two phones when they presumably got you to sign for both!
And, all the phones have a serial number, so there is record of who got what too.
The honest thing to do would be to take it to the shop and explain, but you aren't going to do that are you! So, I would wait at least three months before celebrating their mistake.
you cannot keep it as it does not belong to you
you must tell the company you have it then give them a chance to collect it in a reasonable time.
if you accepted delivery of the phone
you have accepted to pay for it.
if you don't want it ,you must return it to them
or you will be charged for it
did you sign for it when it was delivered, if not then theres no proof that you recieved it, keep it i would.
Did you sign for the one they delivered to your house? And where did they put it? If you didnt sign for it they cant prove you have got it!

well its a matter of conscience if u are Honest u will give it back .
Sell it now .....!! you never got it !!
