Your router can't be the same radio band as the phones you use. Example our phones are 5.8 but router is 2.4. It is like having walkie talkies that are on the same channel and you want 2 different conversations....that doesn't work. If your phone and router are different, then you need to contact your internet provider to get the DSL filter. You have to have a DSL filter if you have DSL internet. If these are not the problem then you would need to have someone look at it, but chances are it is one of these. :)
If your phone is a 2.4GHz cordless phone, it's interference between the Wireless Access Point (Router) and the phone. Get one that is 5.8GHz, or DECT 6.0.
