How do I edit photos on my mohile phone camera?

I took a picture with my mobile phone camera. And I want to know if there's some program i can download and install to my phone. Maybe a similar program to photoshop or basic paint but on mobile phones not on PC. I have an LG mobile phone. I want to add some texts and arrows on the photos I take, but my phone doesn't have that function.

you cant!!! if your phones doesnt have tat function then you will need to put them on your computer and then fo it that easy!!!! but you cant do it on the phone!!!!!!
