Phone?????

i dont know what is happening, nothing happened to my phone to my knowledge, it just went to a white screen. on the white screen it says --download started-- blank then it says, emergency @ usb, then at the bottom of that screen it says, boothlock version: a870:zd09.1. i can turn the phone on, but it goes directly to this screen. i cannot turn it off, i have to remove the battery. i also cannot call or text or even see anything other than this white screen. i cannot receive calls or text either. what is wrong?

If you still have it, there should be something in the manual that came with your phone about a hard restart. It may cause you to lose everything in your phone, but it should get it working. If that dosent work, take it to the verison store and have them help.

take it to your carrier store they can reset the firmware from there.
