What is the best cell phone for texting and internet surfing for a teen?

Right now I am with Sprint and hate my phone. In January I can get a new phone. At first I wanted the Sidekick Gecko but now I heard that T-mobile always drops calls and the internet surfing on the sidekick is slow. What phone would be best for me?

The samsung glyde is the way to go for texting and for surfing the web. I've had my phone for about a month and it works great besides if your trying to click on web links . Everything else is great and texting is fast and easy.
