What kind of phone can i purchase when my plan expires for verizon wireless?

My plan expires in a couple days and i want a new phone. I bought the razr when it first came out for $200. I want to know if i get a $200 dollar phone free or a phone that has the price of the razr now.

u can log into ur account online on verizonwireless.com and see what phones they have and at what price u will pay. but if ur the primary account holder u will get a $100 credit towards the new phone. so when u look at the price on the website u just subtract the $100 off the phone.
