What phone should I get that has a camera, unlimited texting and calling to anyone?

All i want to do on a phone is text and call to anyone. But i want a camera on the phone. I looked on Metro and At&t but metro is too much. Im thinking about at&t. I only have $170 and i want a good deal to pay.

Well actually Metro, seems to be too much for you because you have to pay for the whole price on the phone, but it has everything you are looking for, you can send and receive pics and texts everywhere in the US, with the 45 dllr plan which you will pay a month from the day you buy the phone, I mean that the phone itself comes with the activation, line and FIRST month of service. So that is the only time where you will pay Metro more than 100dls. You should check out their phones today, they just went down on price they have the ZTE's and Samsungs for less than 150dlls!!!
