How much does it cost to make an internation phone call?

I want to make one phone call from my cell phone in the United States to my friend's cell phone in Honduras. We both have AT&T, and I was wondering about how much it would cost? I do not want to get a calling card and all that. I just want to make one phone call from my cell phone.

It's $0.46 a minute. Having the same carrier doesn't matter for international calls, unfortunately. They do have an add-on you can buy for $4 to get discounted rates, which may be worth it if you plan on calling a lot.

And if your friend has a U.S. cell phone, it shouldn't cost you any more, (it will cost your friend international roaming if the phone even works.)
